You can place your order in the following ways:

The products will be sent to you the next business day after the confirmation of payment and the package will contain the legal tax document (receipt or invoice on a case by case basis).

After browsing our online store and selecting the products you are interested in, describe in your email or phone from Monday to Friday 10: 00-15: 00, the products that interest you with their code, the quantities you want and the address where you want the shipment to be made. In our turn we will answer you to inform you about the availability of the products, their costs and shipping costs. Then confirm your order and pay by card payment, via Paypal, by bank deposit or cash on delivery (available for shipments only within Greece).

Whichever order you choose, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail stating all the details of your order.


Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check the packaging to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects. In the event that they exist, he is entitled to reject the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor, or to announce the existence of aesthetic defects within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item. In particular, returns of products delivered to the customer are accepted in the following cases:

  • When you have been wrongly delivered a product that is not what you ordered

  • When a product does not respond to the description of the site

  • If you find in the products you received, any damage due to the way they are transported.

Any return of products is only possible if:

  • The product is accompanied by the original purchase receipt (retail receipt or invoice), proving the transaction.

  • The product packaging has not been opened or sealed.

  • The product is in its original condition and has not been used.

If the above conditions are met, you can contact us within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the package, either by phone at +30 2310 330206 or by e-mail at , in order to schedule the receipt of the wrong product. and if you wish, agree on the delivery of the correct product you have ordered (including shipping costs). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Whatever form of communication you choose, we will manage your order and desire in the best way.


  • Using credit or debit or prepaid card.

If you choose to repay your order by credit, debit or prepaid card, you will be transferred to the website of the partner bank, where you will have to follow the procedure indicated by you. The online store accepts payments via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and using the Masterpass electronic wallet.

  • Using PayPal

You can use the Paypal electronic payment gateway to pay for your order. The charge for this service is 3.4% + 0.35 EUR based on the official charge from

In this case, please indicate your name and order number as reasons for the deposit. In case you choose the deposit from a bank other than the above, you will be charged with the costs of the interbank transaction.

  • With Cash / Cash (Valid only for Greece)

The charge for cash on delivery is € 2.00 while the delivery cost on Saturday is € 3.5. For countries outside Greece, there is no order by cash on delivery and payment in cash.


If you choose to pay by credit or debit card or prepaid card, your transaction will be handled by the National Bank or ALPHA BANK security system, which uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, with 128bit encryption (the most powerful today). This way, your personal information will be encrypted so that it cannot be read or changed while being transferred to the Internet.

Orders within Greece are shipped by Courier.

Delivery time is from 2-4 working days.

Orders outside of Greece are shipped by DHL Express. Delivery time of DHL Express is 1-2 business days.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs clearance and payment of possible charges from import duties or customs duties. is not responsible for non-compliance with the calculated delivery times, when these are due to delays on the part of the transport company, incorrect customer contact / address information or force majeure.

  • Shipping costs within the EU are € 10.00

  • Shipping costs outside the EU are € 16.00
